Returns and Refunds
All personalized items will be displayed to the buyer for approval before shipping to ensure complete satisfaction. Please note that once personalized items are shipped, they are not eligible for refunds or returns. Thank you for your understanding!
What file type is needed for personalized orders that need a file sent for the design
File type needs to be in a PNG or SVG format and must be a clear design. If a file type needs to be adjusted or purchased by the seller, an additional will occur, as files can cost anywhere from 15-50 dollars depending on type. This is a one time additional cost, and file will be kept if you ever want to purchase more items
